Meditation

has long been practiced to still the mind, find peace, freedom and answer the question 'Who am I'. This seminar, 'Discovering Depth' focuses on the aspect of depth in meditation as a powerful means to bring more consciousness to the choices we are making and hence to the world we are creating. It is this critical element of choice that bridges the age old practice of meditation as personal freedom, to the new Evolutionary Spirituality, in which our capacity to choose consciously, determines what world we create together.

The seminar includes video clips of an evening presentation conducted by EnlightenNext Director of Education, Jeff Carreira, based on the teachings of Andrew Cohen. There will be periods of meditation, group discussion and inquiry into the practice of meditation, drawing on the material from the video presentation.
