I am a Transitional Minister Specialist serving in Unity churches currently at the Unity Church of Omaha, Nebraska, USA.  We are actively working towards re-creating our church using an Integral approach and using a modified form of Holacracy. 

Consciousness has always been a focus in Unity's approach to spirituality and the "evolution of consciousnes" has been a personal interest of mine for many years.  I wrote a book in the 90's (before I had been exposed to the teachings of Andrew Cohen, Ken Wilber or Don Beck) on the idea of evolutionary spirituality, re-interpreting the teachings of Jesus from an evolution of consciousness perspective.  It's entitled Stepping Through the Narrow Gate
