Come attend a unique opportunity to spend an evening with Andrew Cohen, founder of EnlightenNext and the contemporary spiritual teaching Evolutionary Enlightenment, in dialogue with Lama Surya Das, founder of the Dzogchen Center and one of the main interpreters of Tibetan Buddhism in the West. This event is being hosted and sponsored by EnlightenNext Boston and Friends of Lama Surya Das.

The dialogue will be held at the warm and intimate Marran Theater in Lesley University, with time for the audience to engage in Q&A. Following will be a reception and book signing with both Cohen and Surya Das. Seating is limited, so please register soon to ensure your space for this extraordinary evening with two world-renowned spiritual teachers in creative dialogue together.

Directions

The Marran Theater is in the McKenna Student Center on the main campus quad of Lesley University, one block from Massachusetts Avenue down Mellen Street or Everett Street.

Parking is very limited, so we suggest you take the subway. The Marran Theater is a 5 - 8 minute walk from the Harvard Square T-Station.

 

By Subway

Take the Red Line to the Harvard Square T Station. It is a 5 - 8 minute walk up Massachusetts Avenue (away from Harvard Square, head north towards Porter Square). Walk up Massachusetts Avenue (on The Cambridge Commons side) and turn right on to Everett Street. Walk a block until you reach Lesley University on your left. Walk into their quad campus and enter the Margaret A. McKenna Student Center, where the Marran Theater is located.

 

By Car

Parking at and near Lesley University is very limited. We encourage visitors and students to use public transportation if possible. If you will be driving, please allow extra time for parking.

 

Driving From the North or South

Follow Interstate 93 to Exit 26 - Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive West to the Harvard Square Exit. Turn right at the end of the offramp. Cross the Charles River and continue straight onto John F. Kennedy Street. Continue into Harvard Square. Follow directions from Harvard Square (below).

 

Driving from the West

Take Interstate 90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike) to Exit 18 - Allston/Cambridge. The exit will be on the left. After the toll booth, bear right on the exit ramp. Follow the signs for Boston, Cambridge, Somerville. Proceed straight onto the bridge, crossing the Charles River. Immediately at the end of the bridge, turn left onto Memorial Drive. Follow Memorial Drive for approximately 1/2 mile. At the third light turn right onto John F. Kennedy Street. Continue straight into Harvard Square. Follow the directions from Harvard Square (below).

 

Driving From Harvard Square

Proceed straight through Harvard Square. When the road forks, bear left onto Massachusetts Avenue (2A West). Move to the right lane. Proceed north and turn right onto Mellen Street to reach the Quad Campus.
